Columbus Wood Floor Entryway

Luxury vinyl comes in 2 immediate varieties - luxury vinyl planking (LVP) or luxury vinyl tile (LVT). The good news is they are largely the same item, just varying orientations. For example, both products are typically 100% waterproof/scratch resistant, all the way to scratch proof/dent resistant, and - you guessed it - dent proof.

These benefits are very attractive and quite a promise. From years of experience, we can tell you that plank and tile vinyl flooring products live up to their name. Known for an easier installation and more affordable than hardwood or engineered flooring, it is a great option for budgets and families, even rental properties or basements. There are few places luxury vinyl does not belong and chief of those is very old homes with a large amount of settling.

Luxury vinyl flooring is a "floating" product almost exclusively. That means it does not require nails or glue. Each board is supported or dependent on the board adjacent on all 4 sides. Eventually once completely installed, this forms a sort of flowing interconnected single floor.

You will find endless varieties and even costs; there are definitely "high-end" vinyl products. Though less common than its well-known budget options, LVP and LVT are excellent options for most projects and made to mimic true tile and hardwood esthetics.

Many vinyl products aren't afraid to be themselves! The stigma surrounding the word "vinyl" as low quality or cheap simply isn't true and is quickly fading into the modern world with its beautiful array of vinyl options. We can help you find any brand or budget possible in Central Ohio, with plenty of valuable information to keep you confident.
